From Our Managing Director

Today, Carlsberg Hong Kong is winning in the market with Probably the best growth trajectory and momentum in the industry. We have always been striving to provide the best-in-kind, one-stop full service to our customers. For instance, Carlsberg Hong Kong is the only local brewer with direct sales delivery; we also have the biggest draught service team to provide the most professional draught services to customers. Moreover, more than 70% of our 200+ staff are customer-facing, serving over 4,000 off-trade outlets. We also provide a wide range of portfolio, in terms of customer-consumer price range.

In 2017, we continue to listen to customer & consumer insight, and grow our beer portfolio accordingly. We collaborated with Brooklyn Brewery, a renowned New York beer brewer, to create HK YAU - the first locally produced craft beer with international standards. As of today, Carlsberg Hong Kong is the only mass-market brewer in Hong Kong that is providing a craft portfolio of both international and local craft.

Looking ahead, I will continue to lead the team to sail farther and make Carlsberg Hong Kong the even stronger No.1 market leader, becoming a successful, professional and attractive brewer in the Hong Kong market, with strategies including but not limited to:

  • Continue to understand consumer and customer needs, matching well our products and brands to create win-win with our customers;
  • Continue to be innovative and creative in product development, packaging, promotion and distribution, becoming the most preferred brands of our consumers and customers
  • Be the most preferable employer and the strongest and most professional team, through our 3A initiative  – Alignment, Accountability and Actions
