Erdinger Dunkel is a dark unfiltered wheat bear from Bavaria. The aroma is rich in roasted and fruity notes, resulting from the malt used and fermentation. The taste is round, soft and delightfully full.
The beer goes well rich simmer dishes with lamb, veal and pork. Also ideal with oven-baked root vegetables, venison and sauteed mushrooms, air-dried ham, spicy sausage and tapas.
